In addition to viewing their current order status, shoppers can view their previous order history.

TROUBLE TICKET SUPPORT
Clients can initiate trouble tickets online.

NEWSLETTER EDITOR
Customers can subscribe to the store newsletter. The administrator can use the newsletter editor to build newsletters and send them to the subscriber though the system.
